I called down to service as i forgot a toiletry item and they had it up to me within minutes. Backstory the stoneleigh hotel opened in october 1923 at the corner of maple avenue and wolf street designed by architect f j. The 11th floor for example has recently been remodeled with heavy dark blue and red carpeting on its wide wide halls and white and gold fleur. Stoneleigh hotel is only a 10 minute walk from skegness pier skegness rail station and the beach.

The upkeep of the hotel has been impressive indeed. Many hotels have elegant boardrooms for 10 to 20 people equipped with full audiovisual capabilities a writing board cork board and a flip chart. The bed was very comfortable rooms were quite large for being in a big city. By 1938 part of the 11th floor and a 12th floor addition were converted into a 7 500 square foot art deco penthouse complete with hidden rooms and a secret passage to the 10th.

This is our guests favorite part of skegness according to independent reviews. This is a very elegant hotel we even got a tour of the 11th floor it is supposedly haunted. Everyone there was very nice and went out of their way to make your stay the best. North shore golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
